Initial Contact & Site Assessment

Reach out by phone or email and we'll arrange a site visit at a time that suits you. We come to you, assess the scope, take measurements, and understand exactly what outcome you need.

What we look at: Site access, ground conditions, drainage requirements, existing surfaces, and your preferred finish. We ask the questions upfront so there are no surprises later.

Detailed Quote & Scope

Within 48 hours of your site visit, we provide a written, itemised quote. No vague estimates — you'll know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when we can start.

Quote includes: Material specifications, concrete strength (MPa), reinforcement details, finish type, expected timeline, and total fixed price. We stand behind our quotes.

Preparation & Forming

Before a single drop of concrete is poured, the groundwork has to be right. We excavate, compact the base, set formwork to level, lay reinforcing steel, and prepare the site for the pour.

Why it matters: 80% of concrete problems come from poor preparation. We take the time to get the substrate, drainage, and formwork exactly right before we call the truck.

The Pour & Finishing

Concrete is placed, screeded, floated, and finished to the agreed specification. Our team works quickly and methodically — concrete doesn't wait, and neither do we.

Finish options: Broom, float, salt finish, or exposed aggregate. We time the wash or texture to the concrete's set stage for a consistent, professional result across the entire surface.

Curing & Handover

After the pour, we apply curing compound, remove formwork at the right time, and cut control joints to prevent cracking. We leave your site clean and give you clear aftercare instructions.

Aftercare advice: We tell you exactly when to walk on it, when to drive on it, and how to keep it looking sharp for years. We're available by phone if any questions come up after handover.
